Payment

For your order, you can choose between several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.

We have integrated the 3D Secure system for increased security during your transaction.

We offer payment in 3x free of charge in Metropolitan France and Belgium. You will need to select the ALMA payment method when you finalise your order. You can also benefit from Paypal's 4x free payment by selecting this payment method and choosing this option directly when you open the application.

You can buy gift cards on the website or in the shop. We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase, from €50 to €1,000. For online purchases, receive your gift card directly in your mailbox.

The TAMMY & BENJAMIN gift card is valid for one year on the website and in the Paris boutique. It cannot be returned or refunded.

Orders

To place your order, first select the product model of your choice, the colour and possibly the strap if there are several options on the product page. Then click on the "Add to cart" button. To view and modify the contents of your cart, click on the "Cart" icon at the top right of the web page.

In the cart, you can adjust quantities and remove items from your order. Once everything is correct, click on "Confirm your order".

The next step gives you the option of logging in to fill in your details automatically, creating an account, or continuing the purchase without creating an account.

To finish, choose your delivery method - pick-up in our parisian boutique, home delivery or delivery to a relay point - and proceed to payment.

Once you have confirmed your Shopping Cart, filled in your delivery details, selected your payment method and clicked on "confirm payment", a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This e-mail will contain a resume of your order, including the shipping method chosen and the delivery address indicated.

If you don't receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours during the week, or on Monday if the order is placed at the weekend.

Once your payment has been confirmed and your order finalised, we are not able to guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible, as your order may already have been shipped.

To request a modification or cancellation, please contact us via the contact form. We will then provide you with information on the status of your order, and if possible, we will proceed with its modification or cancellation if it has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already left our depots, you will need to contact us via the same contact form to initiate a returns procedure. A refund will be made as soon as we receive your bag. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product if it was delivered outside Metropolitan France.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is free in metropolitan France.

Different options are available:

  • Delivery by courier: Monday to Friday from 10am to 6.30pm for orders located in Paris intramuros only.
  • Pick-up in our Paris boutique at 33 rue de Poitou (75003). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is available.
  • Standard delivery by Colissimo at home or in a relay point: You will receive your Colissimo tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 48 to 72 hours.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales and promotional periods.

Delivery costs vary according to the country of delivery and will be calculated automatically on the shipping page when you place your order.

Please note that customs duties may apply to orders outside the European Union and are charged to the customer.

We work with different logistics partners depending on your country of delivery (Colissimo, DHL). You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Shipments are made from our depot in France from Monday to Friday.

  • Europe: Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days depending on the country of delivery.
  • International: Once the parcel has been shipped, delivery takes 5 to 7 days.
  • Free worldwide delivery for all orders in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America (standard shipping).
  • Delivery times are between 7 and 15 days for the following countries and regions: Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon and Greenland.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales and promotional periods.

Once your order has been shipped, our delivery partners will provide you with tracking details by e-mail, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

If you choose home delivery, your parcel will be delivered to you in person, and a signature will be required to confirm receipt. If you are absent during the first delivery attempt, our carriers will make another attempt on the next working day.

If you are absent again at the time of the second delivery, you have a period of 5 to 10 working days, depending on the carrier, to collect your parcel from the relay point indicated on the delivery notice. Don't forget to take the delivery notice and a valid piece of identification with you.

If your parcel is returned to sender or appears to have been lost, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service via the contact form.

Please note that returns are free in Metropolitan France. Returns from abroad are at the customer's charge.

We will refund or exchange any product you order for a period of 30 days* after reception of your order. All you have to do is send an email to our Customer Service via the contact form
*Products from the SECOND LIFE selection are refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year.

When you request a return, please provide us with the following information: your order number and the reason for your return.

All products returned for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging. Otherwise, the product will be returned to sender.

Please note that the bag must not have been used: returns may be refused if the bag shows signs of use.

All exchanged products will be sent to your default delivery address. You can change this by contacting the Customer Service.

Please note that for all purchases made during the sales and promotions period, we will refund the discounted purchase price of your product.

Please pack the products as securely as possible to avoid any risk of damage during the journey. We are not responsible for any damage that may happen during the return delivery.

We recommend that you request an return receipt. The address of our depot is :

We will refund or exchange any product within 30 days* of your order being received.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order and will appear within 4 to 10 working days depending on the payment method.

Account and newsletter

To create an account on our site, please click on the "Account" icon in the top right of the main page. Then select "Create an account", complete the required fields and confirm your registration.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided.

To access your account, select "Account" again at the top right of the main page, then enter your e-mail address and password to log in.

Creating an account is not a requirement for placing an order, but it is recommended. It gives you an overview of your order history, allows you to change your addresses, and makes it easy to track your parcels online.

However, please note that orders placed before your account was created cannot be added to your history.

If you want to delete your account, please contact us via the contact form.

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Sign in" at the top right of the home page.

Then click on "Forgot your password?", enter the e-mail address used for your TAMMY & BENJAMIN account and confirm.

You will receive an e-mail with a link to our site. All you have to do is enter your new password and confirm.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you'll be the first to know about our new products and special events. To sign up, simply complete the form available at the bottom of every page on our website.

When you register, you will receive a 10% discount on your first order for purchases of €130 or more.

Our leather goods

All our creations are designed and developed in Paris, France. Production is carried out in exceptionally qualified workshops in Florence, Italy and Alicante, Spain. The leathers are meticulously selected in Italy.

In order to take care of your bag and ensure its longevity, we recommend you to follow these tips:

  • Protect your bag from humidity as it could cause irreversible damage to your bag.
  • Protect your bag from constant direct lighting and sources of heat, which can alter its colour and shape.
  • Avoid any contact with fatty substances, cosmetics, alcohol or perfume: these can cause irreversible stain on the material.
  • Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces that could scratch the leather and metal parts.
  • Store your bag in its dustbag when not in use. Maintain its shape by filling the interior with tissue paper.
  • Avoid rubbing on dark coloured or heavily dyed clothing to reduce the risk of colour bleeding onto your bag.
  • If your bag is made of suede, we advise you to use a waterproof spray every 2-3 months.

Our products are proof of craftsmanship and quality of TAMMY & BENJAMIN. All items sold are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

All products are guaranteed for 1 year. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abnormal use and accidental damage. However, even in these cases we will do our best to give you complete satisfaction.

Please note that this warranty does not apply to items from the SECOND LIFE collection.

Second life initiative

Designed in Paris, hand-craft in Italy and Spain - we are an independent label that believe true craftsmanship should be shared and enjoyed for as long as it last.

Yet successive markdowns and never-ending discounts not only inhibit the label’s continuous pursue of sustainability, they also shorten the lifecycle of each article that we so diligently developed and crafted.

This is why we have created Second Life, an emphasis on
Renew, Recycle, and Re-appreciate.

In Second Life, we repurpose archived products, prototypes, products loaned for shoots and filming, etc, and reintroduce them to you with special prices that are up to 60% off. We hope these delightful articles can continue to bring joy to everyone.

How does Second Life work?

In Second Life, we repurpose archived products, prototypes, products loaned for shoots and filming, etc, and reconditioned according to the House's expertise.

Each article can be separated into 3 conditions and 3 different prices:

Very good condition: Product as new with no alterations

Good condition: possible slight alterations

Average condition: the product will show more signs of alteration

Please note that returns and exchanges are possible with Seconde Vie products.
Returns are free of charge in Metropolitan France. Returns from abroad are at the customer's charge.

We will refund you in the form of a voucher valid for 1 year or exchange any product within 30 days of receiving your order. All you have to do is make a request to our Customer Service via the contact form.

Climate issues can no longer be ignored, and the way we consume has to be questioned. TAMMY & BENJAMIN has always been concerned with offering timeless, sustainable leather goods, and now we want to go one step further by giving a new life to pieces that are too quickly forgotten.

Trade-in conditions :

  • Your item is a TAMMY & BENJAMIN item
  • The leather of your item does not have any major alterations (cuts, scratches, holes...)
  • Your item must be clean and have no stains or odours.
  • Your item must be perfectly functional: zips intact, seams flawless, no missing parts (buttons, decorations, etc.).
  • Your item must be sent with its accessories. (resin chain and shoulder strap).
  • Your item will be sent from metropolitan France.
  • Your item must not have been retouched in anyway.

How does the trade-in work?

If your bag needs repairs, we can also carry out an expertise before proposing a trade-in.

If your bag doesn't respect our trade-in conditions, we can return it at your expense or make it available to you in our parisian shop.
