Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are generally collected upon delivery by FedEx or DHL.
Import duties and taxes are not refunded for voluntary returns. In the event of a defect or an error on our part, TAMMY & BENJAMIN covers any import duties associated with the replacement shipment.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Mainland France & Belgium: complimentary returns with a prepaid label available upon request.
- International: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.
- Archive, Clearance & Second Life: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of a defect or an error on our part.
- Personalised items: cannot be returned or refunded, except under applicable statutory warranties.
- Damaged or defective items: please contact our Customer Service team with photos so we can arrange an appropriate solution. Care & Warranty
Returns can also be dropped off free of charge at our Paris boutique, 33 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris. For returns arranged independently, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Items must be returned in good condition, complete with their accessories, dust bag and original packaging. After the statutory withdrawal period, returns may be refused if items show signs of use. During the statutory withdrawal period, any loss in value resulting from excessive handling may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges: replacement items are dispatched after the returned item has been received and inspected, subject to availability. Any price difference will be adjusted.
Refunds: issued to the original payment method. For statutory withdrawals, refunds are made within 14 days of notification, although they may be withheld until the return is received or proof of shipment is provided. For returns under our extended return policy, refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Bank processing times may vary.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery under the French Consumer Code, extended to 30 days under our commercial return policy. Clearly personalised items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, without affecting your statutory warranty rights.

Modify or Cancel My Order
Would you like to change a model, colour, delivery address or cancel your order? Please contact our Customer Service team before dispatch. Requests are handled according to the preparation status of your order and product availability, with no additional handling fees.
Any price difference will be adjusted. For personalised items, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible once personalisation has been completed.
If your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
