The Almost Perfect collection gives a second life to a selection of bags and accessories with cosmetic imperfections or signs of wear. Each piece is carefully inspected and offered at a price reflecting its condition, without compromising its functionality.

Each piece is classified into one of four condition categories, as indicated on its product page:

• Very Good Condition: Like new, with possible minor imperfections.
• Good Condition: May show visible but subtle imperfections.
• Fair Condition: Shows noticeable signs of wear or imperfections.
• Worn Condition: Shows more significant signs of wear or imperfections.

Imperfections may take various forms, including irregularities in the material's texture, visible marks or stains on the leather, slight distortions or compression of the bag's shape, and minor finishing irregularities. Their nature and extent vary from one piece to another.

No. Leather is a natural material, and its pores, creases, subtle marks and variations in colour are part of its character. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

The photographs show the bag's design and colour but may not reflect the specific imperfections of each piece. The condition of each item is indicated on its product page to help guide your choice.

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item, in accordance with our return policy. Complimentary return shipping is not available for this collection. You can also return your item free of charge at our Paris boutique.

Yes, all items are covered by our one-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Imperfections and signs of wear consistent with the condition stated on the product page are not covered by this commercial warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
