Collect your order from our Paris boutique at 33 Rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris, France. Your order will be ready for collection once you receive your pickup confirmation email.

Customs Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are not included in our prices.
Depending on your destination, additional charges may be collected by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon arrival. These charges are separate from shipping fees.

Order Tracking & Packaging
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Each bag is carefully prepared and delivered with its signature protective dust bag, designed to preserve it over time.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

International returns
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
Free in-store returns
You can also return your order directly to our Paris boutique at 33 Rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris, France, free of charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For returns made under your legal right of withdrawal, refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable statutory deadlines.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, the protective dust bag and original tags.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days to give you additional time to return your purchase.
