FRANCE
Delivery is always free in mainland France.
- In-store pickup: collect your order from our Paris boutique located at 33 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready.
- Home delivery: free in mainland France, within 48 to 72 hours after shipment. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Mondial Relay pickup point: free in mainland France, within 3 to 5 business days after shipment. The pickup point can be selected after your order has been confirmed.
Please note that shipment times may be slightly extended during sales periods or peak activity.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and are calculated automatically at checkout.
We ship worldwide through our logistics partners. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
- Europe: 3 to 5 business days after shipment
- United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days after shipment
- North America / Asia / Middle East: 2 to 5 business days after shipment
- Oceania: shipping fees apply to this region and are calculated automatically at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Duties & taxes: import duties and taxes may vary depending on the destination country and are not included in our prices. Where applicable, they may be requested by local authorities or the carrier upon arrival of the parcel.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange.
Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. We extend this right to 30 days as a commercial gesture.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may complete our withdrawal form or send us any other clear written statement expressing your wish to withdraw.
Returns within mainland France: free of charge, except for items sold during Braderie or Archives sales. Simply contact our Customer Service team to receive your return label:
Returns are also accepted free of charge in our boutique at 33 rue de Poitou, Paris 3rd arrondissement.
International returns: return shipping fees from outside France are at the customer’s expense.
To be accepted, the returned item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its box and dust bag. Any item showing signs of use may be refused or partially refunded.
Second Life items: refunded as store credit valid for 1 year.
Refunds: guaranteed within 30 days after receipt of the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. For sale items, the refunded amount will correspond to the discounted price paid.
