Your bag will be carefully prepared and delivered with its signature protective dust bag, designed to preserve it over time.

Easy returns:
You have 30 days to return your bag, unworn and in its original packaging.

Returns are free within mainland France. Simply contact our customer service team to receive your return label.

International returns are at the customer’s expense, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.

Your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of your returned parcel.

Returns can also be made free of charge in store at 33 Rue de Poitou, Paris 3rd.

Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. We extend this period to 30 days as a commercial gesture.

Warranty
TAMMY & BENJAMIN pieces are made in Italy by artisans with exceptional craftsmanship. This is why, in addition to the 1-year warranty, we remain at your disposal to find a solution well beyond this period.

Care Instructions
Prevent your bag from being exposed to water, a direct heat source or intense light that could alter the color of its leather.

Avoid any contact with cosmetic substances. Never use hydroalcoholic gel on your bag.

If it gets wet, dry your bag and its metal parts using a soft, dry cloth.

The leather of our women's bags has been treated in our workshop. It is not necessary to waterproof it at the beginning of your life together.

Store your bag in its soft organic cotton protective pouch, away from dust and humidity.
