By choosing Responsible Production, your bag is made as part of a planned production batch rather than shipped directly from stock. This approach allows us to better organise production and limit overproduction. In return for your patience, you benefit from a preferential price.

Planning production volumes allows us to offer a preferential price in exchange for a longer production lead time.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Bags ordered through Responsible Production generally require approximately 24 days to be made before dispatch. This estimated timeframe may vary depending on the model and production schedule.

Where are the bags made?

Like all our collections, bags in Responsible Production are designed in Paris and crafted in Italy by our partner workshops. Each piece then undergoes a final quality check in Paris before dispatch.

Which bags are eligible?

Responsible Production is available on a selection of styles and colours. Eligible bags are featured on this page, with the preferential price already applied.

Can I return a bag ordered through Responsible Production?

Yes, bags ordered through Responsible Production are subject to the same return conditions as the rest of our collection. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with our return policy.
