Pick-up point delivery (Mondial Relay): available in France only, usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
In-store pickup (33 Rue de Poitou, Paris 3rd): free, available upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Your bag will be carefully prepared and delivered with its signature protective dust bag, designed to preserve it over time.

Returns are complimentary within mainland France. Simply contact our customer service team to receive your return label.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days after receipt of your returned parcel.
